DLH had no problem throwing lemioux unification out there.. hell they weren't saying trips g had to prove themselves for that fight.. they figured cash out on lemiuex who gives a fukk... they were gonna get paid a premium for that fight hence the reason they went to PPV...

dlh and GBP drank the lil G kool aid.. thats all that matters... had that been a fukking war or had lemioux hurt trips G maybe they would think different.

i don't think trip g is infallible at all weights.. i think he will have problems at 168 ... but at 160.. its a wrap

it would be a boss move thought if canelo decides to unify with jacobs.. or i guess he couldn't unify but he could fight him for jacobs belt.. that would be a boss move..lol maybe jacobs will like to go down to canelo weight..lol
The thing about Jacobs belt is it is the lesser WBA belt, where GGG holds the real title. The WBA is supposed to order GGG-Jacobs because by Jacobs having the belt he is basically GGG's mandatory for the real WBA title. It would be a way to condense the phony belts going around.

I believe that Canelo isn't concerned with belts and I wouldn't be surprised to see him drop the WBC belt.

Yes and no.

Khan is a haymon fighter, but like Wade, he is expected to lose.

I believe HBO is only willing to work with Haymon as long as "their guy" is the one benefitting from the outcome.

Like you'll see a ggg vs a Wade, but probably not a Lara or Jacob's. I hope to be proven wrong though.
I think the overriding factor is it will have to be on their network too. HBO isn't letting their guys be on PBC. Look at GGG-Jacobs, there is no way HBO will let GGG fight Jacobs on PBC. If the fight is made PBC and Jacobs would have to agree to be on HBO.

from the home of coca-cola, i'm not referring to s
Boxrec says nothing:dahell:

How many times do I have to post the NSAC saying that +1 lb on non-title fights still make them Junior Middleweight fights?:dwillhuh:

Bob Bennett, executive secretary for the Nevada State Athletic Commission, said the state’s rules allow for a “plus one pound” since the fighters are not competing for a world title.

Fighters get intense onstage at weigh-in for PBC debut

That's because they both agreed to weigh in at 154 and Canelo changed the weight parameters on the day of the weigh-in instead of putting 155 in the contract from jump. It was still a Junior Middleweight fight per the NSAC telling you that themselves above.

Breh :mjlol:

154 is junior middleweight
154.1 - 160 is middleweight

Yea, HBO isn't letting any of Haymon's A-side fighters on HBO. Just B-side/cannon fodder fighters

Canelo ain't making 154 ain't fighting at 154...hell stay making fights at 155 until he's ready for 160...only a fight with :deadmanny: would get him to go lower then 155 N that will have tons of negotiations on it

Lara was WBA regular Champ N they made the bout non title 155

He hasnt fought for any belts at 154 cuz that would require him to weigh in at 154 :francis: N he OBVIOUSLY likes belts or he would've dropped the middleweight belt ASAP
I hear what you're saying, but I think he can still make 154 if he had to he just chooses not too. That's just what he said though, take it for what it's worth :manny:

As for Lara, that's not a good example. Like you said, Lara was the WBA regular champ. Canelo said he wasn't interested in fighting for Lara's belt because he believed it was a phone title. and that Floyd was the real champ :manny:

Canelo Alvarez vs Alfredo Angulo was held in Las Vegas, Nevada....the NSAC telling you you're wrong, but yet you're still going on about it?:jbhmm:

basics...i would really hate to have to post a weight chart of boxing divisions that explains the limits..esp for cats who are not casuals

Im sure we all know the weight limits here:comeon:

The only people who have a problem understanding that in Las Vegas +1 is allowed for fights where they are non-title bouts, is you and the people who dapped that post. I keep posting the same thing, but yall wanna be hard headed and repeat the same thing even when the NSAC is telling you differently:dead:

Question:

Canelo, according to you & @Black_Jesus, has been fighting at Middleweight since 2014....however, Canelo was never ranked at Middleweight by IBF/WBA/WBC/WBO/RING/TBRB/ESPN until after he beat Miguel Cotto:jbhmm:

Why is that?:jbhmm:

Surely someone who had just fought 3 "middleweight fights" in a row would've been ranked at Middleweight by someone......right?:jbhmm:

Or, maybe yall are wrong but wanna continue debating what's already in print and general knowledge at this point:manny:

I'm sure he could make 154 too

But having not weighed in at 154 in what 3 yrs?? That extra pound is gonna suck for him

Theres a reason he made 155 Canelo Weight for a reason :manny:

I know the excuse for not fighting for Lara's Belt...he doesn't want a belt at 154 cuz then he gotta weigh in at 154...he could a easily got a fight for the WBO which was a real belt

He's bigger then any belt at 154 N will never come in at 154 unless its Floyd or :deadmanny:

That's fine with me :manny:

+1's were never a thing until broner came in over and undisciplined at the weigh in for molina..and the commission covered his ass with that "rule"..thats like saying swift-peterson was not a welterweight catchweight fight or ward-smith was not a cruiserweight fight breh

Because he nor Angulo, Canelo, Kirkland, Lara ever registered with those sanctioning bodies under the middleweight division

My understanding of Las Vegas +1 is...

Broner vs Molina...The fight was contracted at 140... AB came in Heavy...because its a Non Title fight N AB was less then one pound over he didn't have to try to lose the weight or get penalized

Thats totally different then having fights contracted at 155

Las Vegas +1 for a 155 limit fight would = 156

As far as Canelo weighing 155 but still be considered a Junior Middleweight... That shyt happens erry day

Dominic Wade NEVER weighed in at 160 until the GGG fight but was considered a middleweight N ranked by the IBF:dead:
