"In the round I fell after a punch in the eye. I felt like I blew up my eye....so I thought. Because I thought I had an eye problem, I decided to stay down there and go for another opportunity. When I came to Junín I immediately went to see a doctor and had inflammation of the cornea. I had to rest for two months without doing anything. Then, the eye was fine, it was just a flash. I thought it was something in the retina at first, but fortunately it was not so."

Bu bu bu bu but Matthysse turned down the fights in May cuz his eye wasn't healed from October :rudy::camby:

Erry night punk ass Matthysse wakes up in a cold sweat cuz this plays in his nightmares

I have been supporting Garcia on here, he just never was active. If he starts up again, might have to make him tier 1. He speaking that real shyt. This is exactly what I say in every GGG argument and Mikey has my back. :banderas: But not too much of a surprise, Mikey always has had the most level headed thoughts when interviewed of any boxer I have seen. :obama:

He wants Garcia.
I agree, I think he probably wants Garcia. It adds marketability, plus winnability.

I get why he would do it, but have never been too excited for it because I think Garcia is an easy fight for Floyd.

I still am not sure how it gets him a 9 figure offer. In his career only Pacquiao netted him that. Canelo was a great purse, but not 9 figures.

But what if Floyd comes in and does his 50th on Cinco de Mayo and steals it away from Canelo-GGG? :sadbron:

was watching the barrera vs hamed highlights.

Princes chin was :whew:

My nikka was taking mexican bombs and just was like :merchant: and nothing more. :wow:

Prince might be the smartest boxer ever. Dude retired at the perfect time, he knew he had lost a big step.
Wasn't hand problems a major reason as well. He never talked about it much, but i thought he had chronic hand issues. And heard he didn't love boxing.

Was actually surprised how well he handled losing to Bareera. Very classy.

Some of my favorite memories were first getting into watching boxing and being excited for all Hamed's fights. I rooted for him and my dad loved him for the fukkery. He didn't care if he won or lost, he just liked the drama show. But I cared, Hamed was part of my original stanning crew. :mjcry:

yeah Hamed hit too damn hard and his hands couldn't take it. Hamed was must see TV. I don't agree that he retired at the right time because Featherweight heated up after that

He was :flabbynsick:

Barrera hitting him with every slow ass hook in the book. Hamed musta known it was over, dude never had his hands up so he probably knew it was a wrap when he couldnt react to shyt.

It is funny now because when I would watch Hamed I was young, so I loved every piece of entertainment he did. My dad didn't care either way, he liked the fukkery, and always had the attitude that if you are going to be that cocky in and out of the ring, let's see you get a little fukkery not going your way to make it a real show.

Probably how I feel now about Broner. His fukkery knows no bounds, let's see a drama overload when it goes the other way. :troll:
