I really don't have any beef with PBC, but if I do have any it is this. If they paired down the networks and streamlined their broadcasts the presentation would be great. And you are right about ESPN...Dan gets asked every chat if FNF is coming back. Fans are upset that PBC has ruined it...they have great prospects, they could easily make a great FNF themselves.
I see a huge PBC roster with a lot of the top fighters. They probably have the deepest roster of anyone, more than Showtime has under contract and HBO, but yet I feel like PBC is more on equal footing. My expectation was PBC would leverage the quantity of quality fighters they have. With the top fighters they have if they kept them active they literally could be putting on fights every weekend with a top fighter (even if they weren't matched with each other), yet it seems like we get a lot of fights with their mediocre talent and the top guys sit on the bench and aren't as active as they should be.
Just going off their website they have: Garcia, Khan, Broner, Wilder, Figgy, Charlo's, Lara, Porter, Thurman, LSC, Jacobs, Quillin, GRJ, Spence, Beterbiev, Stevenson, and plenty more (you get the picture) if all these guys were fighting 2-3 times a year, they would have desirable cards every weekend.
I think that is what most PBC supporters overlook. When they are criticized it isn't because they are bad, they arent; it is because they could be so much more. I remember we talked how we thought 2016 was maybe the year they unleashed all the fights they could make or just get guys more active, instead it seems more status quo.
I gotta admit, although I really want to see PBC succeed, I'm worried about the fact that even a huge fight like Porter - Thurman has failed to garner much hype to the sport. Undoubtedly one of the more interesting and important fights for PBC going forward, I really feel like I haven't seen the proper promotion, coverage, or hype for it -- before, nor after, the postponement.
Maybe a bit early to get worried, but the fight is a big deal and should launch Keith to the top of the division after he knocks Porter out.

From what I've gathered from talking to my friends, Thurman was in the spotlight after beating Guerrero, but PBC has handled the careers of both Thurman and Porter so poorly that they might as well just be prospects in the WW division.
The highlights of the dramatic event included:
Klitschko telling Fury that he has not represented the sport of boxing at all well, and quoting Fury's controversial comments that 'the best place for a woman is in the kitchen or on her back', and that 'homosexuals are comparable to paedophiles'.
- Klitschko finishing his closing statements, just a couple of moments after blasting Fury's character and calling him 'classless', by telling his rival to 'f*** off'.
