And really like B Hop mentions you'll be right in position to rip a left hook up top or down low.

I love the science brehs :mjcry:

That's what I keep telling these guys man. They keep screaming B Hop Floyd and Ward fight too safe. They just don't understand how applied and focused you have to be to actually box. Brawling and throwing combos take way less skill than actually playing chess in the ring.

Saw that video a while back and even now I'm still in awe at the amount of knowledge in those couple minutes.

B hop actually got me to stop drinking cold water if possible :wow:

@LeVraiPapi whats your opinion on setting up the lead right? I know you get busy

I throw the right lead quick and sharp. My setup is simple. Stiff right jab, followed by a left hook or a left jab and bam lead right. The easiest way I was taught to throw it was a weak right jab pull the elbow back halfway and rebound with the lead right. Sometimes dudes would just open up for no reason or bite on the feints those are also good ways to pull the lead right. It doesn't have to be strong. Just make em pop and aim for the midforehead or bridge of the nose. My trainer always said you have to motion your upper body with the punch and roll with it. He also wanted u to be on your toes when throwing the lead right so you can go back to defense right away without being overly exposed.

Damn it man I miss fighting lol.
