@Yuzo @LauderdaleBoss @HARLEM AL @SkiHatDaGawd @krackdagawd @SuikodenII @TheNig (even though you a lefty) and other #InTheRing brehs I didn't tag; how do you set up to throw your lead right?

Plenty of ways really.

You can do it off of a feint if you know your distance is good.

You can lull them to sleep with jabs to where they might think you don't have confidence in your right hand and then.......BAM.

What's the situation though. Like we talking in general right.

Oh I'm looking for opinions my breh. My style has always been lull w jabs reset or turn then fire n hook off. I also like to do the SOG/Floyd pawing left then straight right. But my goal is to emulate walking in and throwing the lead right like floyd does(I know I'm crazy). The way he does it so god damn fluid it looks like he's about to jab then bam....but he's walking in the whole time its crazy I can't figure it out.

So I saw somebody on another forum post this about Keith Thurman and him playing instruments. And I'm not gonna lie, I lost it!

These nikkas are beyond boring personality wise...

Nobody wants to see some bi*ch ass flute and a punk ass piano. Where the strippers, the bricks of money, exotic cars and sh*t talking.

Can't believe Floyd retired on us, rest of these nikkas simply have no idea what it takes to market themselves
:snoop: :snoop: :snoop:

This is the fukking problem! nikkas only wanna see ignorance from these boxers, and everybody who doesn't and just being themselves is a cornball brother.

Then we wonder why Blacks Boxers don't get enough love in the sport. That's because fellow Blacks won't support them unless they acting like "real nikkas" aka portraying ignorance. What happened to being yourself? I guess that's not good enough for these c00n ass nikkas :snoop:

1. In order to land this effectively you must DICTATE the pace and space. Start off using jabs. One jab, step to the left, jab, step left, jab, step left, repeat about 7-10 times. Paw the first few jabs to gauge distance, then make the latter jabs SHARP to confuse him with your rhythm . Lure him by slowly boxing backwards, you're making him come forward, semi- soft jabs to get him comfortable and also to dictate distance....step left and shoot the right. I wish I could show you, it may sound confusing but that's how I set up my straight rights. I've even used my trade mark 1-3 or lead 3 to set up my lead rights, those punches may not land, but it'll keep him thinking and not expecting a lead right. The element of surprise ala B- Hop's lead right.

Also it depends if the fighter is south paw, conventional, long or short arms, speed and their footwork. Sometimes you might have to take a punch to set up a lead right.

Don't try that walk in style, leave that for special dudes like Floyd, Hop and SOG, if so, be VERY careful. If I'm remembering correctly they all move backwards to set up going forward. Also remember that the lead right is a southpaw's kryptonite.

Nah breh it actually makes perfect sense. Consistently step left and jab until a rhythm is set. Then when he sees you step left and goes to parry/slip the jab gets a straight right. :salute:
