Charles Martin, in his biggest fight and biggest payday of his career, made $250k in fighting for the vacant IBF heavyweight belt. Anthony Joshua made a killing probably 400k against Whyte and was perceived as having some weak points in that fight. So I understand Martin going after him. Hearn said, if Joshua won a world title in his next fight, it might actually stop his development as a fighter because he's then being thrown into the big fights when he still has more to learn and still needs to be tested more.
