ive had a blessing in disguise with this knuckle injury. the pinky knuckle on my right hand has been absolutely wrecked for the past year because i fought 2 fights with it already fukked up from a street fight.

you get complacent training with big gloves on. i train in 16oz heavy leather gloves when im hitting bags and pads. but with this fukked up knuckle i have to fully concentrate on every right hand i throw so i make sure im landing with the first two knuckles every time.

i was always known as a hard puncher especially with my rigt hand before. but now a lot of people in the gym are asking me if ive put weight on or something. (i havent im still skinny as fukk)

it looks different on the bag too. it doesnt sound as hard on the bags but it leaves a dent in them where you can clearly see where the two knuckles have landed properly.

so ive gone back to the old school and only use them tiny gloves with the thumbs out to hit the bags with instead of my big ass 16s.

I remember watching Gordan Ramsey's cooking show a couple years ago where they had a season in some UK prison and he's showing the convicts how to cook and shyt. The prison looked cleaner than the shyt I'm used to seeing in the states, plus most cats were really only doing 2-4 years tops and some of the charges they were in for would get you 5-10 years over here. shyt was crazy.

I like Brook but he's content with defending his title against fighters with no hope. He's trying to get that Khan fight like Khan was trying to get fights with May & Pac. I've heard Keith Thurman many times say he wanted to fight with Brook but I bet those calls went unanswered. Brook is sitting on that title like Joe Cal did at 68 for the longest

Thurman was calling him out for a while. And Frankie Gavin was definitely not a mandatory. Neither was Brandon Rios . Brook had chances to fight some of the guys over here, but chose not to

Shoulda fought Rios in the summer

Beating the shyt outta Rios on HBO woulda helped Brooks name over here N getting bigger fights down the line

Instead they had negotiations for like 4 months...never signed the damn fight, then chose Diego Chaves, got hurt N had the IBF make him fight a mandatory instead
