Come to think of it that's the perfect left hook to throw since so many dudes like to catch left hooks with the glove ala Floyd now a days. To catch the hook that way you are banking on it being vertical when it lands on your glove. That flat shyt could slide above it even it you catch it n give you that equilibrium work.
Still haven't rewatched the Swift fight but those gifs gonna make me pay attention to his feet more.
We thought dude has struggle footwork but he moved well on saturday....I think it had more to do with him not feeling like the was the physically stronger guy in there though.

I agree it could catch someone who wasn't expecting it. But where do you generate the power from if the hands already turned? It'd basically be the opposite of an arm punch, if that makes sense. @Yuzo

Sure but, as of right now, there is no "champion" until Pac-Bradley 3.....
Thurman, Brook, and Garcia hold belts. One doesn't hold more significance than the other since they're all corrupt. It's about money. The belt is a means to an end. I believe Khan would make more money chasing the IBF than the WBC.
Money is the end game, the belt helps you get there significantly easier and faster than normal. There are exceptions to the rule if either
A: You have an established Hall of Fame career and can still compete with the top 10 in your division
B: You have an established paying fan base in your home country
C: You have an uniquely exciting fighting style and reputation
D: You have already held a world title
Fulfilling 2-4 of these almost guarantees paydays. And one of these (D) is a lot easier to obtain in a time where there are 4 world titles to each weight class.
