Im not saying he's a bad fighter as to why he's on borrowed time.

I think he's on borrowed time, because he's about to be taken through the WBA Heavyweight Gauntlet in order to retain his WBA Championship (Klitschko & Luis Ortiz in back to back fights) and I think he loses to 1 of em.

Martin is still very green and hasn't beaten anyone with a name legit. Best fighter he legit beat is Raphael "I never won a fight outside of Brazil" Love........who Eric Molina ("The Substitute Teacher" Wilder fought) TKOd in 8 rounds.

Allah Haymon:mjpls:
-Fury has stated before that he'd give up the titles if need be and I doubt he's selling wolf tickets. Which is also the reason why I fear that we may never see Fury-Haye. Much like Rios-Ortiz, it's the grudge match that'll maybe never happen :sadcam:

-The IBF stripping Fury and giving Martin a year is corrupt as all hell and shouldn't be celebrated, even in jokingly manner.

-Fury could drop the WBA belt and simply be seen as the WBO champion. As well as the lineal champion. Hell, with no belts, he'd still be the champion and everyone would know it.

-I gave Glazkov a lot of shyte in the past few years and was happy to see him lose..... but I'm sad to see his injury and hate to see him out for so long. I hope he recovers well enough to resume his career in 2017.

-I guess it's all up to Martin at this point but I'm sure Warriors boxing wants to ride the "we have a Heavyweight champion of the world" train for as long as possible. Wilder would put an immediate end to all of that. I expect a soft touch, Szplika, and mandatory in his future.

-Something you guys have to always keep in mind. Sanctioning bodies do not like unification. It causes confusion and less mandatory defenses than what would usually be held. This also means less sanctioning fees. WBA set up their business model to go around this with having a regular and an interim champion. Trust me, even after their heavyweight tournament..... they will crown another regular and interim champion at heavyweight.

I agree with every sentence here:obama:

Did the IBF ever give an explanation for why they were trying to Force Fury to fight his mandatory so soon?

That was Duva manipulating the system

She said :camby: to a negotiation N forced a purse bid ASAP knowing Fury had an immediate rematch with Wlad

im assuming IBF don't care for Fury so they went along with errything N speeded up the process

Hilarious really when fury is the most marketable heavyweight in years. I'll rank fury behind canelo in terms of money making potential in boxing.
