because of literally one fight: mancini vs kim...on top of that there is no real study out there that this actually improved anything in terms of safety for the fighters...there have still been plenty of near ring fatalities or actual ring fatalities after the switch to 12...i have very old school leanings about the sport..cats get hit
..15 rounds would cut down on the fukkery that permeates todays championship boxing (judging, physical conditioning)

That's an example right there ..that fight with Perez only went 10 and look what happened..cutting down the rounds is not the answer to increasing safety
