After reading the Boxing Scene article sounds like PBC has seen the interest in the fight from fans and want to capitalize on it instead of basically wasting a marquee match-up on San Antonio. I am predicting a Las Vegas venue to be announced for early 2016.

So what did Leonard "Bundwho?" do for Thurman's career that Errol Spence wouldn't do more for? But yet, Thurman fought him, but shouldn't fight Spence

I have never said he shouldn't fight Spence. My issue has been people acting like Thurman should be chomping at the bit to have a showdown against a dude that no one knows who hasn't done or won shyt in the sport just because Floyd Mayweather wanted to play fantasy matchmaker.
Errol Spence does nothing for Keith Thurman, Shawn Porter, Danny Garcia, Kell Brook, Bum Ass Timothy Bradley, Terrence Crawford or any other fighter in the Welterweight division at this point in time who has already made a name for themselves to differing degrees and are looking to build on that.
Every guy I named has options and bigger goals than Errol Spence.who has yet to fight a guy on the level of even a Leonard Bundu or Luis Collazo which should shut down this conversation for good.

Shut up dude, nobody on here has even SEEN them spar. What we HAVE seen is Spence in the amateurs and coming up through the ranks (at least MOST of us who actually pay attention to more than 1 boxer) and only a fool cant see how talented Errol Spence Jr actually is. He's better than everyone Keith Thurman has faced....easily


Like I said, it's proving MY point that none of you nikkas saying Thurman shouldn't fight Spence, NONE of you would pick ANY opponent that Thurman has ever faced in his career to actually beat Errol Spence Jr


That means that you know Spence is more of a threat to Thurman than anyone he's faced, which is a reason the people that actually wanted the fight, wanted to see it being made.


Again, it's a reason why Thurman was okay with taking a Bundhu fight and not a Spence fight.

Resume trumps everything. How do you know how great somebody is if they haven't fought any descent competition. You nikkas harp on that with GGG but now it's a different tune with Spence

Who have I put ahead of GGG at Middleweight or said was better than him going by resume rather than actual Boxing talent?


I could've swore I, and the rest of #SOGGang, are on record plenty of times saying that GGG is easily the best Middleweight in the world which is why he needs to get out of that bum division and or face the better opps who are calling him out (Like Andrade, Lara, or Ward) :soggang:
