After reading the first article and the USADA's response, Hauser pretty much said everything that crossed my mind. There is no physical proof/smoking gun, but IMO all the logical questions and conclusions seem to be what Hauser is pointing out.

It doesn't make Floyd guilty...it just leaves the situation with the smell that there is the possibility that everything isnt on the up and up.
