From reading Dan's chats he has been sour on Cotto ever accepting to fight GGG...even though he is the mandatory.
He always said he thought Canelo would be more willing to fight GGG than Cotto.
Today he said he didn't think Canelo would fight GGG this year...no one asked if they thought Canelo-Cotto would fight this Fall. Really no reason they couldn't unless the negotiations stalled over personal reasons.

Aside from a Mayweather rematch, a Canelo fight seems to be the easiest to make with the biggest purse.

Let's get Canelo-Cotto for the Fall with GGG-Lemieux Summer/Fall and then have the winners face. After #GGGoodBoys secure that lineal strap, line up #SOGGang early 2016.
