lol@Oscar saying Amir and Ghost both need a step up fight? Wtf?
Maybe he means at 147 but even that doesn't make sense, ghost fought floyd
He fought Floyd in 2013, then he took a year off and came back to fight a Japanese fighter. Now he has no fights even being talked about as 2014 is coming to a close.
Dude needs a step-up fight desperately.

Ahh nah I agree he needs a legit fight I wouldn't call it a step up though. Ghost is already top 10 WW, Amir not so much. I think that year of inactivity really hurt Guerrero, b/c he looked meh at best against the Japanese dude.
Khan/Ghost winner vs Thurman?

WOW .. that was out of nowhere.. barely got reported yesterday

RIP

DAMN:damn:

RIP:rip:

Regardless of #SOGGang stanning for SOG, and the problems him and Ward had, Goosen WAS a good thing for boxing and a legit promoter. That's crazy and I send prayers to his family and close friends:wow:

Posted by: Random Hits on 9/29/2014

STATEMENT FROM THE GOOSSEN FAMILY

"It is with overwhelming regret that we announce the passing of Dan Goossen, 64, from complications relating to liver cancer. The sudden news of his diagnosis was very much a private matter and his final days were spent surrounded by his family and closest friends. Sadness is difficult to escape as we grieve his passing, however we are filled with pride by the fact that Dan Goossen battled this aggressive illness with boundless strength and the last days of his life were fought and lived with unflinching bravery, pure love and grace beyond measure."

Arrangements are pending and details will be announced in the next few days.
