when did beef b/w Hov and Al Haymon originate? Iole said there's no love lost b/w the two.

I believe Hov was one of the investors trying to get in on the Pac/Floyd or Floyd/Ortiz fight(cant remember which)but had to back out for some reason.. Could be where the beef derived

the more i think about it the more its looking like a cash out move from arum. putting pacquiao in there with a guy thats five foot ten and can box for a fight that nobody was demanding was the worst matchmaking move to give pacquiao. its a move that shows me hes really not trying to think about pushing manny to more big fights or he wouldnt take an unnecessary risk like this. this is looking like a way to phase out manny at the end of his fighting career like they tried to phase out hopkins for taylor.

So who would you suggest Pac fight outside of Al Haymon fighters instead of Algieri?

So, Lucas Matthysse was asked about Adrien Broner calling him out as his next opponent and would he want a fight with Broner or is he still gunning for Danny Garcia. Matthysse said he would love to fight Danny Garcia, because it's alot more personal for him, but if the fight with Adrien Broner happens, then oh well...he's okay with it.


Seems to me Lucas Matthysse is still focused on trying to get revenge against Danny Garcia


I don't think AB fights him next after that statement.

Well JMM is a more marketable fight no question. I am not thrilled with either one of them facing Cotto to be perfectly honest.

Honestly if he isn't going to fight Canelo, one of the other jr middles or a legit actual middleweight then I am not all that interested in Miguel Cotto.

I been telling nikkas don't sleep on #AlgieriAssassins cuz dude can box his ass off and his style and size is a nightmare for Manny. It's always been a solid fight, it's just that it's not as appealing as Manny/Swift, Manny/Thurman, Manny/Khan, etc...

Demarco/Vargas being on the undercard is also another solid fight. It beats watching Vasquez roller skate around the ring with Bey.
