I'd like to see Garcia vs Postol...he's ranked #1 by the WBC/ #7 by the WBO/ #9 by RING/ #15 by the IBF at 140 and is a good opponent as well as his mandatory for the WBC Championship anyways if he doesnt wanna fight Peterson, Broner, Matthysse, and Herrera

Another possible mega fight for Garcia at Junior Welterweight is against Adrien Broner who is looking to become a four time champion in four weight classes if he captures a title at 140 pounds. Recently Broner said he felt a fight with him and Garcia would be bigger later and Garcia was asked if he’d be willing to take that fight.

“He’s matched up and fighting I think September 6th so his focus is on that fight. But I don’t know. In boxing people win and people lose and sometimes things never happen. But I’m always up for whatever, I’m a fighter,” said the Philadelphia champion.

They asked him if he'd be willing to take the fight, and he dodged the question by bringing up Adrien Broner being focused on September 6th. Then his very next sentence was "but I dont know" in response to if he'd be willing to take the fight and went on to say "....in boxing people win and people lose and sometimes things never happen" which can be taken that this particular matchup Danny Garcia vs Adrien Broner may never happen per his own words. His last statement was the generic thing that AB always says, "...im always up for whatever, Im a fighter".

He never ONCE stated that he'd fight him and like I've said countless times, they wont fight because they're friends. Of course there's more videos on AB being asked the question, because he's more media friendly, and he's a challenger. AB says the same generic quotes and JUST said he'd fight Garcia for the right amount of money

Garcia doesn't see the point in facing Broner in the present, but he could see the bout possibly happening down the line when both fighters are worth a lot more money at the box office.

"It's a big fight. If the money is right. We're both Al Haymon fighters. Whatever Al Haymon wants to do. I'm not a matchmaker. I've got a big fight ahead of me. Broner is negotiating a big fight. That hasn't even been brought up in a conversation, me and Broner. We're two stars doing our own thing - it wouldn't even make any sense right now. He's most likely goin after that WBC once Swift vacates

Angel got pissed at the WBC for not sanctioning their fight N then saying if Swift loses he's getting stripped

Then the WBC sanctions Santa Cruzs opponent who was ranked even lower then Salka

Looks like Swifts next fight will be at 144 N they goin drop the belts

Brook wants to fight in December and then setup a fight for Wembley Stadium vs Khan in spring or summer.
His promoter says he is already working on it.

Best option IMO. He will make a ton of money and I dont want to see Mayweather-Khan, so this would be a big deal.
Whoever one that fight would have a lot of clout to try and get Floyd into the ring.
