Yeah I can't stand that Mares lost to Jhonny Chinless and not try to redeem himself, but......
He's been doing everything up to that point that we're all shytting on Ward for not doing which is to make good fights while moving up in weight.
You can't deny that. That was my whole point. We shyt on guys all the time for not taking challenges, but cats forget about all the different stylistic challenges Mares was taking before he finally lost.

Every action or non action makes something else happen in the sport of boxing. Because Ward ain't fight Bute, Froch got a career resurgence and Groves became a legit contender in the process.
Stevenson became a star and champ at 175 and Kovalev is beasting thru dudes.

He wanted the Chavez fight. shyt he did the telecast of Chavez fight making Chavez as some type of world beater.
