AB belongs at 140....so lets see what he does. He shouldve been there already. He can rebuild his career, but he need not bounce back and forth between 140-147 right now.

I agree to an extent, I think he should be at 140 but I believe he can still fight at 147 depending on the opponent. That being said if this new Broner that we have been hearing from is real and not just AB saying the right shyt then I think he can
become a guy who can be a dominant fighter at both 140 and 147 not matter the opponent.

so i read that the undercard for cotto-martinez might be
jorge melendez-yuri foreman
andy lee-john jackson
marvin sonsora-wilfredo vasquez jr
:patrice:

That card is even weaker than the damn Maidana/Floyd card.

We were supposed to get Lee/Nelson but the promoters fukked him out of that fight. They wanted him to rematch Jackson again even though he beat dude clearly. Once he refused they put dropped him to the untelevised portion of the card. shyt sucks cuz that could have been a pretty decent fight.

yes, I agree, but what I am saying is I dont think he should. he can really establish his dominance at 140. why was he so good in the first place? because he had physical advantages at 135. wait til some of the smoke clears at WW then go back. he is not ready for any of the top guys at the moment....not even Thurman.

especially not Thurman. Just imagine the type of Dragon Punch he'd land on Broner's chin.

For real. The main event is the only fight worth watching.

They couldn't even give us Andy Lee vs Willie Nelson for a decent appetizer. fukk this whole card.

DiBella, Pascal to promote Joel Diaz Jr.
DiBella Entertainment and Jean Pascal Promotions have announced that they will be joining promotional forces, beginning with the exclusive signing of highly regarded super featherweight Joel Diaz Jr. (15-0, 12 KOs). Diaz Jr. had received offers from every major promotional outfit in boxing, but decided that DBE and Jean Pascal were the best fit. Diaz is set to make his much anticipated co-promotional debut when he headlines the upcoming May 16th ShoBox: The New Generation card at the Foxwoods Resort and Casino in Connecticut.
