The Wlad fight will be great. You can play the massive underdog angle. Wlad has a massive height advantage and this fight will likely end in a KO win for him, as Leapai has been KO'ed before and let's face it, doesn't have a chance. Though of course nothing would make me happier than a Leapai win.

nikkas is still ducking the truth from Freddie's mouth himself and still rather blame Mayweather

Freddie roach is one of the last real nikkas alive, a filter doesn't exist with him these days:mjlol:

Oh, okay. Well, if you're now on Freddie Roach "speaks the truth" and "one of the last real nikkas alive" wagon.......I'm sure you agree with what he was saying about Floyd Mayweather on April 11th then:mjpls:

Freddie Roach: Floyd Mayweather protecting unbeaten record, won't face Manny Pacquiao

Floyd Mayweather probably has four fights left in his career, and Freddie Roach doesn't expect Manny Pacquiao to be his opponent in any of them.

Not because Mayweather is afraid to fight Pacquiao — Roach is dispelling that notion — but Pacquiao's trainer says there's a bigger importance right now on Mayweather finishing his career unbeaten.

"It looked close two years ago, but I don't think Floyd will take the chance now," Roach told reporters in Las Vegas this week.

"Floyd's main concern has become keeping that 0 on his record. I don't see him taking any real risk of losing that before the end of next year, when he says he's retiring."

For Mayweather (45-0), the next test is May 3 against Marcos Maidana.

Then, a September fight probably is in the works and then a likely May-September combination in 2015 that will complete his six-fight deal with Showtime, after which Mayweather has said he plans to retire.

"It's not that he's afraid of Manny," Roach said. "No fighters are scared of anybody in the world. It's just that he believes if he goes out undefeated he will be seen as better than greats like Sugar Ray Robinson."

Mayweather-Pacquiao has failed to come to fruition for the better part of the last decade, and the reasons for impasse in negotiations have been well documented.

Pacquiao has a rematch with Timothy Bradley Jr. on Saturday at MGM Grand, looking to avenge a controversial loss in the first fight.

"Down the years, no matter what the issues, if two fighters really want to fight each other they make it happen," Roach said.

I saw this posted on NSB, and this post below basically sums up how I feel about the whole thing

Who gives a flying fck who was the first vagina to back off. Since the first negotiations fell off this two have been using each others name to promote their fights and fill their own pockets fighting nothing but mismatches. And funny how their fan base eats it up and goes back to square one to argue why they haven't fought each other yet. How about instead of arguing with each other over the same dumba$$ trivial points you guys instead should put pressure on theim to fight each other. I know most of you guys have twitter and all that ****. Go full retarded and demand theim to fight. Fck em both

Good to know some people in this world still have some gotdamn sense

Roach admitted Manny ducked though 1st time around, and with assistance from Arum ducked every other time, and thats the end all be all, why the fukk should Mayweather feel any type of pressure he bent over backwards many times to make this fight conceding 50/50 when he's the draw, accepting 10 million per lb penalties, offering Manny twice than his highest guarantee, only for the script to be flipped on him and he be seen as the antagonist in this scenario .........

Manny has nothing but pointless rerun matches he's still the dude with tax issues, all pressure and blame goes toward Manny.........

The silly shyt is Roach tried to tell yall years ago subtly about the Mayweather fight when he stated over and over he'll never let his fighter take a fight that he can't win..........................Roach days as a sharp trainer is number though and he wasnts that Mayweather too, the reason he's pushing Cotto towards that; it seems as if he wants to stand up for himself and force that fight on Arum like a Chavez did with Sergio.....

I dont agree. Although i'd watch. Mayweather doesnt have anything to prove by fighting manny at this point. He;s no threat without those special shakes. His punching power has reverted back to his featherweight days. Speed is slower. It's about over. Floyd had no reason to treat him special AT ALL. Floyd has been and is still the A-side so manny needs to fall in line if he wants to be included in the mayweather sweepstakes. Floyd got at manny directly and he acted like a bytch,he also refused to do random testing , which any clean fighter would never let that stop them from getting that type of money. Floyd handled everything correctly.
