I will say I thought he looked slow against Maidana. Physically he had the look of the guy who was out of shape and got on shape really quick. He looked physically good, but his reflexes didn't look sharp.
Ability to throw more than 50 punches a round, punch resistance at 147, and being able to interchangeably go between offense and defense
I thought his hand speed didn't look as fast either in the Maidana fight.
I also like the fact that he's back in the gym with no fight on the horizon currently. Staying in shape/sharp will only bode well for his future.
