im not a fan...there's so much that timmy does wrong in the ring it aggravates me..its aggravated me in the years ive watched him..ever since i believe it was the witter fight..visually his style is not pleasing to watch...the bullshyt flurries, the lack of jab, no turning over on his punches, the fukking headbutting:upsetfavre:..i found his fights a struggle to watch..but i do respect that he came into the ring in the best condition he could be and gave it a try...he prolly has one of the best resumes in boxing today..he actually faced the majority of them in their primes..now why how he earned my hatred was that he was gifted a victory over pacquiao in a fight that i scored 119-109...i scored it only 1 round..i had money on that gotdamn fight :fire:..he tried to act like he won a clear victory..so of course ive been rooting for him to get ko'ed{/quote]
Pat you my breh but how the hell did you only score one round for Bradley? at worst its a 7-5 pac win at best 8-4 bradley win[

I know Broner vs Malignaggi did 1.5m on a FREE Showtime weekend but GB needs to :whoa: on a Broner PPV. He's not ready.

I won't buy unless they stack that undercard.

Where is this Thurman vs Guerrero story from? That fight would be :ohlawd:

Hold up breh.....Broner BEEN doing millions on Cable TV for sometime now:ufdup:

Well, clearly, some people like that. Broner's last two fights on HBO, against little-known Vicente Escobedo and DeMarco, drew 1.4 million and almost 1.1 million viewers. Broner's penchant for saying outrageous things and his fighting style — a willingness to engage his opponents — contribute to his popularity. HBO has bought into his schtick.

The Broner vs. Rees fight was viewed by an incredible 1.4 million viewers on HBO with a peak of 1.551 million, according to Steve Kim. Wow, that is very impressive. Broner is tentatively scheduled to fight on Mayweather’s undercard on May 4th. It’s unclear if that’s going to happen because Broner is fighting for HBO, so my guess is that’s going to keep him being able to fight on the card.

Not to mention the 1.5 million views he got for going against Pauletta......Broner is next up as the next big ratings grabber and Showtime is right to try and start getting some PPV money out of the NEW face of boxing:lawd:

Adrien Broner aka The Problem aka About The Bread aka About Billions aka The Can Man aka Mr. Fresh, Fly, Flashy aka Still Mr. HBO Even Though I'm On Showtime aka BandCamp CEO aka Mr. PPV:ohlawd:

Malignaggi vs Broner delivers strong Nielsen numbers on Showtime

Showtime's boxing franchise continues to impress in the Nielsens, as a peak of 1.3 million viewers tuned in for Malignaggi vs Broner last Saturday.

Adrien Broner's Showtime debut was a Nielsen success even if it left him with more skeptics than he had going in, as his split decision win over Paulie Malignaggi peaked at 1.3 million viewers, the second-highest rating on Showtime for boxing since 2009, trailing only Miguel Cotto vs Austin Trout last December.

The night's average viewership was 890,000, which also trails only Cotto-Trout in SHO numbers since 2009.

Broner (27-0, 22 KO) now has the two highest-watched cable fights of 2013 to his name, drawing 1.4 million against Gavin Rees on HBO in February.

So if you wonder why ol' About Billions himself gets to call shots while being a still slightly unproven 23-year-old kid with a major league attitude or whatever else, remember this: People watch him, and since we're talking about HBO and Showtime, subscription networks, people are already paying to watch him. Fair or not, pay-per-view is probably no more than a year off if he keeps this up.

i scored it on effective punching..pacquiao wobbled bradley throughout the fight..bradley wasn't that busy to get the benefit of the doubt..the one round i gave to bradley was the one round pacquiao didn't rattle him while taking the round off lol..which was 10 or 11..but through and through in no way did bradley even come close to winning this fight

i know thats your man and all but you heard me:leostare:...shawn blows warm and cold...i dont say hot because he's never really impressed me in the ring...we all laugh about amir khan struggling with julio diaz even though we all agree he won the fight and it was a lot closer than it should've been against diaz ...your man shawn not so much..that nikka was GIFTED a draw against diaz because he should have lost that fight.,..diaz figured him out early and let loose a consistend head and body attack that porter couldn't adjust too and didn't dish back..diaz's body was ripe for an attack

To this day, I can't take any nikka serious whenever they say Pac/Bradley was a close fight. I didn't have it as lopsided as you, but I can't see Bradley winning more than 3 rounds. I thought he could have been stopped in the middle rds if Manny would have put his foot on the gas. Timmy stumbling around the ring all night like wino and flailing his arms around like Wilder any time he went on the offense. Dude didn't land any clean significant punch all night. Bradley really felt himself after that shyt too. That's why the public turned on him. He should have kept it at it was a tough close fight that I'd like to do again, but nah nikka had to act like he put some type of Calzaghe/Lacy clinic on Manny.

Now with the Shawn Porter/Julio Diaz fight. I actually had Porter winning, but it was close. Diaz did some good work, but not to the point where I felt he won the majority of rds. What fukked Porter up was all the damn running and movement he did in the late rounds. He showed Diaz was getting to him too much even though he looked good in the beginning. It was Porter's step up fight and he kinda failed at it. I like dude's style, but he needs to sharpen his defense up and know when to impose himself more. nikkas sleep on how effective good ring generalship can be. Same reason I thought Johnson beat Tarver clearly in the 1st fight even though some nikkas thought Tarver pulled it off.

Thurman beats Guerrero. Guerrero is a good solid fighter, but is nothing special and his resume ain't nothing to brag about even though he's been jumping around divisions getting titles. Thurman looks to be the real deal. I think he gives anybody at 147 a hard time.

Thurman had problems with a midget last fight, Guerrero mauls him relentlessly to a dec
