i think that was the most difficult fight in floyd's entire career and i have seen every fight in his career. ive analyzed that fight many times. you should watch it again if you think he never landed any right hands. he lands a big right hand counter on floyd's pull counter in round 2 and i have never seen any other fighter counter floyd's pull counter before. after it landed floyd was much more cautious for the rest of the fight and in many instances was in full out running to get away from baldomir. this was the only fighter that ever gave floyd that much of a style problem. he never had to use his legs as much as he had to against baldomir. there is a reason for that. please watch that fight again you will learn a lot about floyd from it more than any other fight in his career.

baldomir being the most difficult fight for Floyd? :smh: nah..i would put the first Castillo, Hernandez, and the Augustus fights as being more trying for him..with the baldomire it was just a lot of stick and move...baldomir barely touched him and it was a dull fight..the other 3 did put hands on him..esp augustus

heres the counter right hand on floyd's pull counter i was talking about. it changed the complexion of the rest of the fight. if you listen to the comments floyd was making in the corner between each round you will hear from his own mouth how the style of baldomir was making him uncomfortable. the timing of the right hand by argentinian fighters is very specialized to them for some reason going all the way back to monzon

That niqqa might be retarded didnt Baldi only land like 70 outta 650 punches or some sh!t . I dont even remember him winning a round and thats with Floyd fvcking his hand up half way through the fight
It was the only time I seen a boxer completely toy with the another Boxer the whole damn night, one round left hook roll left wash repeat left hook, next right uppercut duck slip right uppercut wash repeat, next round right hook roll slip right hook:bryan:

That was Floyds most dominate performance point blank period, it was the fight he stopped going for the kill because he hurt his hand legitimately trying to take Baldi's head off

hernandez was a bad hand and castillo gave him a lot of problems too mainly because of the physicality of castillo. baldomir in particular gave him a lot of style problems "but he's awkward though" was a comment floyd kept repeating throughout the fight and he had to stick and move a slow and old man to get the win. that tells you a lot about the problems floyd was having with that style

he's facing an undefeated argentine cat..who has quite the KO record :ohhh:...def could be interesting fight...upset alert perhaps

Credit to Thurman, he's being brought along at just about the right pace. He's not fighting murderers row, but he's not feasting on scrubs either. Them argentine dudes be some heavy handed nikkas. :obama:

Soft ass punch that didnt even make his head snap back or sweat fly and happened cause Floyd was toying

no it landed because baldomir timed him. he was being timed by the baldomir right hand a lot it and the pressure of this forced him into running away and trying to pot shot a slow old man just to win.

Baldi lands (barely) 1 outta 5 punches and Floyd easily nullified him on the ropes when he closed the distance , just straight smothered any hope of offence being mounted. My niqqa Floyd face looking calmer than a Buddhist monk meditating next
