I still remember in the lead up to the fight most of my family/friends was like "Oh watch Tyson gonna beat Lennox Lewis' ass. He can't take Tyson's power"

Lewis landed the more effective powerful punches, and alot of Mercer's punches were window dressing. This was the same fight people thought Lewis' "bad chin" would be exposed against Mercer's KO power. They were wrong

Random boxing thought but I actually plan on watching Brain Norman Sr fight Greg. shyt going be funny. I know greg has like 20 loses or something but he got the experience and SR is a mechanic by trade.

How long does it take for your knuckles to toughen and get used to all the punching? I could barely hit the bag today the pain was so much in the beginning, strangely as time went on in class it got better and I could hit harder for some reason. I'm wrapping my hands and have good 16 ounce gloves.
