He got offered plenty of money to fight Benavidez in one of his biggest fights in boxing and didn't want that smooke....He hasn't done a million PPV buys in YEARS! and his biggest PPV's since his last million PPV buy has been with PBC. You are on here on one hand crying about "PBC making us wait" and then also happy that Canelo ain't taking the biggest fights at PBC....you guys can not be boxing fans

Everyone too clouded by their canelo hate to realize PBC is on its death bed. You made an agreement with canelo to pay him 35 mil per fight. You made an agreement that jermall Charlo would be his next fight. Your fighters shyt the bed and now you wanna renegotiate. That's not how it works.
Canelo is bigger than PBC by himself. You're not just paying him for the revenue his fights bring. You're paying him for the value he brings to your (dying)company. Keeping canelo tied down at this critical stage when you're transitioning to a new network is probably worth the 35 mil alone. Now you're left with an entire roster of fighters who can't even sell out an arena.
PBC is on life support and they have only themselves to blame. They're about to get left in the dust like we all said they would. Tank has already hinted at becoming a free agent. Ennis as well. Benavidez did 60k ppv buys in his last fight. The end is near. Wouldn't be surprised if they don't even complete this Amazon deal.

Its insane how badly Canelo has represented the sport after Floyd basically gave him the blueprint and a career boost. He could help the sport have another great year with fighting atleast Benavidez in 2024....but he wants another easy payday and drink some tequila

Peoples actions take priority over their word. Eddie Hearn can say whatever he wants to justify to the public why a cashcow is leaving their company. But his actions contradict what you're saying. (In fact, NOBODY is saying what YOU are saying regarding losing 10s of millions, you made that up). Eddie Hearns actions show him giving Canelo bigger and better offers every time they come to the negotiation table.. So can you explain why they would be paying Canelo even MORE money if Canelo loses them money. i think the circumstances in which Canelo fought the first one, and how he was so invested in fighting da second one and no one else is bullshyt lol.
Floyd invested in PBC (and most things AL haymon related tbh) and was just flexing with that comment. I dont think he has anything to do with the day to day or match making.
