One of the weaker title holders in the sport, wouldn't even be surprised had Ohara Davies beat him. I don't even understand why Floyd and co. want topush this guy so bad. He's not it and he won't be a blockbuster name either on his antics alone

It's a win win. If Rolly can win vs Davies and cherry pick a few fights and hold on to the belts, they can built him up to casuals as a viable title holder before he, inevitably, loses his belt. If he faulters at any point in time, they can quietly just part ways with em.
