Not sure how it got like this but De la Hoya will always deserve respect..he didn't back down from challenges or undefeated records...he's a true Mexican warrior.

This is true.

Garcia needs a Teddy Atlas type or Anne Wolfe type imo. Someone who will take his soul, even just for one fight.

Don’t get me wrong, James is a phenomenal trainer, he has pioneered his own mitts technique and all.

But James himself will tell you he allows fighters to run their own conditioning and requires them to be self disciplined and motivated.

I don’t think Garcia is capable enough to handle all the facets required to make it at the top tier, unless he’s forced to.

He is lucky to make 1/4 of the purse he get for Canelo tho this is posturing for negotiations but if he stick to his guns I will respect it. You beat him so the ball should be in your court but that’s not realistic. Canelo is still the draw so you gonna deal w draw bullshyt to get that bread it is what it is.
