I'll list every factor on why this was a super fight and what made it into a super fight.
1. Casual Buzz
2. Jake Paul's emergence
3. 2022 being the biggest year for Women's boxing ever
4. Bud n Spence not happening
5. Canelo vs GGG trilogy taking so long to happen (especially the 3rd fight)
6. Floyd vs Pac taking damn near 5 yrs to happen
7. Canelo not giving fans a fight that they wanted on time since 2018
8. Canelo not fighting Benavidez yet
All that shyt played a factor into making Tank/Garcia into a super fight. They pretty much stepped up when nobody would and this won't be the last time it happens either.
Belts don't matter as much as ya'll think they do to the casuals. They care about the fights, not the belts.
I just demand big fights. nikkas don't have to be great to make a big fight. They just gotta have the juice.

Canelo is currently doing what you're accusing Tank of.
The biggest fight for him for the last 2 years been Benavidez, but instead this nikka fighting everyone but him and you still got nikkas calling him the face of boxing for shyt he did years ago. Ya'll keep thinking nikkas care if someone is ready or not. This a new era. Casuals just wanna see the big names face each other, whether they ready for the smoke or not. Jake Paul sped that process up because in a couple of years he's fought all the people that the casuals want him to fight except for KSI.
Hardcores are the back bone of the sport, but we don't move it in the way casuals do. Hence why I called it CASUAL BUZZ.
If you think about it AJ really is a master in and outside of the ring. He let Usyk beat him so he could become 3x HW champ, not to mention with Usyk getting older and inviting Joshua for a third showdown, he could wait him out. AJ is really playing 5D chess.
