So Spence and his team sent back a contract he agreed to weeks ago that they never heard back about and then he took a deal within 36 hours? Not to mention he was running around here lying saying he agreed to their terms already a month ago but they sent a deal back with red lines in it 2weeks ago? So how did they agree to everything if a term sheet wasn't signed?
I can SAY I agree to renovate your house for 150k ... if you send me a contract for 150k and everything we talked about, then I don't send it back or return your calls.
