I get a sharp pain around my left underarm area when doing pull-ups… any of y’all know a good way to get rid of it?? Rest isn’t really helping
I can complete the pull-ups so it’s not debilitating but it not comfortable either

- Paloff press with bands hold (do it for time, i just do in core circuits usually, 1 min holds each side.)
- Side planks for time (same circuit as above, try and hold for 1 min.)
- When skipping try and focus on crossovers more?
- Push-ups with extra scapula extension at the top of the movement with a hold for a second (slow and steady)
- More planks and perhaps rowing movements
- Landmine presses with rotations.
- med ball slams (lighter weight ball) with focus on full contraction and throw from side to side into the ground.
- various static stretching motions
