at the time there was alot of shyt going on with chad personally...his mind wasnt where it needed to be...he was dropping them rounds but before the fight was called off i remember chad had him reeling on a couple occasions ready to go but it was too late

pascal was underwhelming at 168..agree but pascal vs froch at 168 is a super underrated fight...those cats were throwing heat at each other for 12 rounds

Yep Chad figured him out but it was already too late. In all fairness, even if his mind was where it needed to be, I'm not sure he wins that fight.

That was one of the best Pascal's I ever remember seeing. He was disciplined and came with a game plan.

@patscorpio @krackdagawd or anybody else

I get a sharp pain around my left underarm area when doing pull-ups… any of y’all know a good way to get rid of it?? Rest isn’t really helping

I can complete the pull-ups so it’s not debilitating but it not comfortable either :sadcam:

Take a week or two off the gym. Go back and try to use a machine that works out that body part instead of doing a pull up. Like a lat pull down machine etc. Do a working set with light weight if you still feel pain you might have to hit up your Dr. who will most likely send you to get an xray.

I just finished getting one on my right shoulder and have a partial collapse :beli: going to have to get surgery on it in the fall.

Hopefully your situation just needs time to heal or maybe a bit of physcial therapy.

You must have pulled something...I keep aspirin, tiger balm, and this cbd roll stick for stuff like that. I tweaked my left rotator cuff so I'm laying off anything too weight bearing for a month minimum. You may have to do the same with the pullups.
