DBD is a chancer who tries to make up for his lack of boxing knowledge with fake political outrage. Probably doesn't even have a second clue who Bam has fought because he doesn't follow small divisions. He's making videos about the same 5-10 fighters all the time.

You already know it's about to be some BS when he implicates Shakur introduced Bam to the public. No, he might have introduced him to YOU but ppl who actually follow the sport, including divisions that are not American-heavy were in the know for some time, his last two wins got buzz.

That ESPY list that he shows is a BS though, Mikaela Mayer and Fury for boxer of the year over Haney, Charlo, Bam, Beterbiev, Spence, Choc... wtf

The ESPN half-year list is another thing though has nothing to do with ESPY if I know it right. The picks are somewhat better though, not so ESPN biased. Calling Bivol's win upset of the year is casual shyt though

I will say this though to be neutral. People are also blowing up Bam’s last win a bit too much.

Rungvisai hasn’t looked good in years and just boxrec his last 3 wins (pretty much regional level wins). This wasn’t a Monster vs Donaire 2 where Donaire has been sizzling hot. Rungvisai has been out of it for a while. The Bam win was fully expected.

“We need to go right to the top” - B HOP

"You can have all the belts, but that don't mean they fit your pants" :russ:

I find this hilarious coming from B-Hop, considering that when he was fighting he had to use the belts as leverage because he couldn't draw flies to shyt. He was essentially the Devin Haney of his time :mjlol:

Lol why the hell would he want to fight Erislandy Lara, even at age 39? Regardless this just won’t happen.

Thurman needs to get his shyt together. It’s just a bad look he was critiquing Mayweather all these years and he’s had such a lackluster career. To put it into perspective, Thurman has only fought 3 times in his 30s i believe. He’s lowkey transitioning into an Amir Khan type of guy calling out Spence without putting in any work. Just a sad career. He should retire

Someone on the Twitter spaces was saying Thurman can't make 147 anymore :hmm:

I didn't believe it at the time, but now I'm starting to wonder :patrice:
soon 147 will go through a shift...there will be some real new blood dominating it in the next couple of years

Exactly

I don't think Thurman can't make the weight. It's more like what's the point in going through the grind to make the weight if you can't land Spence or Crawford at 147?

Both of those guys will most likely move up after their business is over.

He might as well get acclimated to 154 and welcome those guys once they join the division.

i mean thurman and porter were 154 before they dropped down to 147 so its nothing for them to go back...except they are going there with injuries and more accumulated damage
