This division is still ridiculously good, consistently for years at that and doesn't seem like it ends anytime soon. The 147 of small divisions
but with less political divide.

Estrada vs Franco
one of the winners of the latter two faces the winner of Choc vs Ioka. Then you have Fernando Martinez who fortunately put the one title holder away who didn't want to mix it up with the others. Martinez can fight the winner who's not facing Choc/Ioka.
Then you still have guys like Cuadras, Tanaka, Ancajas, Moloney or Rodriguez in there.
