I love this fight cause all these new 2022 David Stan’s are finally gonna see how limited of a boxer he really is. Then afterwards we get to hear “canelo’s gonna fight him now that he looked trash
And David’s not even gonna look trash. He’s just gonna look exactly like David Benavidez. Flat footed. Easy to hit. One dimensional.
He might still win cause plant got a shyt load of his own problems. His poor gas tank being the biggest one. But he’s definitely gonna expose a lot of David’s flaws along the way. Wouldn’t even surprise me if he hurt David at some point. He’ll be able to sit down on his punches a lot more than he was able to with canelo. David needs this fight to prove he can even hang with canelo for real.

It's Dark and Hell is Hot. Reasonable Doubt is one of the most overrated albums ever, and I actually do like Jay, The Black Album and The Blueprint are undeniable classics.
Hell Ja Rule had a better debut album than Jay.

Nah I agree with you. Its a very good album, but its definitely not classic. Especially compared to X first album where damn near every song is classic.
I laughed because that Ja album was a random ass hot take.
Its crazy cuz that album was good enough for Ja to do the same thing Jay did and say it was classic when he finally crossed over.

Why am I not suprised that these two couldn’t come to terms

What makes it a no-go exactly if they were planning it for September anyway? Both should fight in April/May and then go against each other.
I hope PBC can make at least one pairing at 168 between Plant, Benavidez, Morrell and Charlo cause this is starting to look real bad.
If Charlo moves up they have possibly 4 of the best fighters at 168 after Canelo but they can’t make ONE pair of them to fight each other.
Are they trying to hold out for Canelo instead getting things done? Just compare how effectively they pair their fighters at 122, 147 and 154 compared to 168. Idk how much is this on the promotion and how much of it is on the fighters but I suspect both cause both are aiming for the Canelo money.
If this wasn’t a Canelo division some these guys would have fought each other already and it isn’t Canelo’s fault.
Before anyone would start telling me that I single them out I criticized Hearn for the same thing.

You are overreacting to other people overreacting.
Benavidez and Lemieux has been signed for a bit, there was never any potential “terms” for Benavidez and Plant. There has been a bunch of twitter and IG “shots” this week.
What there can be though, and most likely will be is a soft agreement that both Benavidez and Plant will fight in Sept/later this year if they win their respective fights (Plant vs Dirrel and Benavidez vs Lemieux). Just as Donovan reported.
so now I'm reading that Showtime/PBC had a deal for Charlo/Manguia on regular Showtime, and then Golden Boy/Zanfer came back with a proposal to do the fight via joint PPV on Showtime/DAZN?? Man if that's true get Manguia and his people all the way the fukk outta here. It's amazing that folks are gonna turn this around and blame PBC for this fight not happening
