That Colbert fighthype video was a bad look. In fact, it’s always a bad look bashing a fighter that you’ll never fight. It should be like an unwritten rule. You have to be a Wilder hater to think that is cool.
Now if it was another fellow heavyweight? I don’t see the problem with it.
I guess they wouldn't have reached the point where he said Wilder is a sucka if Nes wouldn't have argued with him over his opinion by listing all the idiotic excuses and
for Wilder the whole time
Otherwise he'd just said Fury will beat Wilder and they'd kept it going.
What's a bad look is Wilder throwing his trainer under the bus and not taking his L like he should. And a reporter on a YT channel with a wide reach openly encouraging these theories.
Boxing media is really a joke, with the exceptions of a few outlets, everyone is in someone's pocket, would sell their mother for an access.
There's Mike Coppinger and Michael Benson reporting about any farts a pro fighter makes but fails to cover how the Kinahan cartel is involved in boxing, IFL TV and Behind the Gloves deleting videos of BJS' trainer saying BJS didn't want to continue, ESPN with their super biased rankings, not willing to put Canelo as P4P first just for the fukk of it until very recently, then you have Fighthype trying to hide videos that are a bad look at Wilder and his conspiracy theorist cult.
Then I didn't even get started on all the paid and unpaid marketing accounts of different promotions on social media, if they do it for money then it's fukked up, if they do it for free it's sad.
Yeah, there's not many boxing media outlets that you can really trust.
It's pathetic
