Bob probably punching the air that he don't have anyone in his stable he can match him up against to beat him immediately. Taylor has the ability to do it, but that still is too risky for him to make the fight.

Zepeda is a good 140er but nahh, not even big in the division, would be disappointing fight. Seriously if that's how gonna be Bud should just leave TR when his contract ends in fall and not fight until then. Go to PBC and fight at the end of the year.
Bud vs Taylor is the only in-house fight that I'm interested in for real.
