Wats the undercard looking like on the zurdo card? Tickets only $50 n I live 5mins from the stadium

i think this is the whole card

Newly-crowned WBA female strawweight titleholder Seniesa Estrada will move up in weight and challenge WBO female junior flyweight titleholder Tenkai Tsunami on July 9, Golden Boy Promotions announced Thursday.

The 10-round bout will take place at Banc of California Stadium, in Los Angeles. Golden Boy also announced a compelling clash between unbeaten lightweights Hector Tanajara Jr. and William Zepeda.

Both bouts will support the light heavyweight headliner between former WBO super middleweight titleholder Gilberto Ramirez and former title challenger Sullivan Barrera. The co-main event will be a lightweight bout between former IBF junior lightweight titleholder Joseph “JoJo” Diaz and Javier Fortuna.

All four bouts will be streamed live on DAZN.

“When it comes to undercards, nobody does it better than we do,” said Oscar De La Hoya, chairman and CEO of Golden Boy. “For all of us at Golden Boy, it is very important for fans to get their money’s worth when attending our events or watching from the comforts of their home. That’s why we are committed to providing a full night of competitive action featuring the likes of Seniesa Estrada, Hector Tanajara Jr., William Zepeda and many more.”

Estrada (20-0, 8 knockouts), who is ranked No. 1 by The Ring at 105 pounds, defeated Anabel Ortiz in her most recent bout, on March 20, in Fort Worth, Texas to win the WBA title. Prior to the victory over Ortiz, the East Los Angeles native had fought most of her recent fights at or below the 108-pound limit.

The 28-year-old Estrada’s most high-profile fight took place in November 2019, defeating Marlen Esparza by technical decision, winning an interim flyweight title in the process.

Tsunami (28-12-1, 16 KOs), who resides in Tokyo, Japan, made a successful third defense of the WBO title in her most recent bout, on April 4, defeating Shione Ogata by decision over 10 one-sided rounds.

The 36-year-old is unbeaten in her last six bouts since losing by unanimous decision to Arely Mucino, of Mexico, in September 2017.

Tanajara (19-0, 5 KOs), who resides in San Antonio, Texas, was scheduled to face Alberto Machado on March 18, in Puerto Rico, but had to withdraw from the “Ring City USA” boxing card due to an illness. The Robert Garcia-trained Tanajara has not fought since January 11 of last year, defeating Juan Carlos Burgos by unanimous decision.

Zepeda (22-0, 20 KOs) last fought on November 19, knocking out Roberto Ramirez in Round 5 of the first Ring City USA card. The 24-year-old from San Mateo Atenco, Mexico has stopped his last 12 opponents.

Also fighting in preliminary action will be Naoko Fujioka (18-2-1, 7 KOs), Japan’s only five-division world titleholder. Fujioka will defend her WBA female junior flyweight title versus Sulem Urbina (12-1, 2 KOs), of Phoenix, Arizona, in a 10-round bout.

Former junior lightweight title challenger Lamont Roach (20-1-1, 8 KOs) and junior featherweight contender Azat Hovhannisyan (19-3, 16 KOs) will fight in separate 10-round bouts.

Former amateur standout Mihai Nistor (2-0, 2 KOs), of Romania, will square off against Colby Madison (9-2-2, 6 KOs) in an eight-round heavyweight bout.

Gary Russell Jr: I'm Not A Mayweather Fan; Paul Fight Is Making Mockery Of Boxing

WBC featherweight champion Gary Russell Jr. is not pulling any punches discussing how feels about the Sunday exhibition between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Logan Paul -- or the participants headlining Showtime’s pay-per-view event at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.

“I’m not a fan of Floyd Mayweather. I’m not a fan of Floyd Mayweather at all. I think [the fight] a mockery to the sport,” a candid Russell Jr. Fight Hype.

“It’s a lot of these fighters that put blood, sweat, and tears and their heart and soul into boxing to try and make something of themselves just for a YouTuber to come cut in line in front of them and possibly make more money than them. I can’t knock the hustle. I can’t knock the hustle. I’m a realist. As a fighter that participates in the sport, I personally don’t like it. I don’t think Floyd is at any risk. He's a real fighter.

“[Paul] is a YouTuber. Granted, he can get lucky and hit Floyd and hurt him, but the odds of that sh-- is crazy. I don't even care about the weight division. It won’t matter. Floyd Mayweather is a skilled fighter, and he’s going to bring that stuff in the ring with someone that has nothing to do, knows nothing about boxing.”

The 32-year-old Russell Jr. (31-1, 18 KOs) went on to explain that he’s not a fan of the recent wave of announced exhibitions, regardless of the headliners.

“It waters the sport down,” he said. “They’re doing these exhibitions now, even with Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. I was all for that sh--, but then they said they can’t go for the knockout. I was like, ‘What the f---, this is boxing. This is a barbaric sport.’ I understand why a lot of fans don’t like it and disagree.

“Someone is going to get hurt, one of these YouTubers. The right people ain’t getting hurt. Somebody is going to get hurt, get knocked unconscious, or put in a coma because they got in the ring with a real fighter. They weren’t skilled, they signed a waiver to make a little money, and it’s going to come back to bite them in their a--.”

The Mayweather and Paul card will feature former NFL standout and wide receiver Chad Johnson also making his boxing debut, a development that reads like a Ringling Bros. act for Russel Jr.

“They’re turning the sport into a circus,” he said. “I love the sport I participate in. I’m one of the real soldiers on the battlefield. I understand the creativeness of still trying to make some money … a lot of people got into the sport of boxing because Floyd Mayweather was flashing his money and showing his cars, showing that if you really dedicate yourself and give it everything you’ve got, you can make something of yourself.

“To get to the point of your career where now you’re fighting YouTubers, and now it’s like, ‘What the f--- do we do now? Who do we follow now? … If I take an exhibition, somebody is going to get hurt. If I do an exhibition with a YouTuber; hopefully, there are no YouTubers out there that dislike me or whatever.

“If there’s a YouTuber that dislikes me and says they want to fight me, we can make some money. Once again, I’m not against the hustle, but I’m one of the ones that will hurt one of them. They’re going to sleep. They’re going to bed. I’m a real fighter. They’re going to learn real quick the reason they’re a YouTuber, and I’m a fighter. There’s a difference.”

i read somewhere that Banks said he broke or hurt both his hands in that fight, but that's some Korobov type of bad luck right there so I don't know.

my god that fight was awful to watch tho.

i had never heard of Mayhem Mitchell before that tweet so I queued up his scraps with Banks and Arrerola and my gawd, how’d the hype train hide that lack of chin of his for as long as it did lol?

I've said before that Mitchell's chin was made out of little pieces of Amir Khan's chin sewn together.

HBO were desperate for American Heavyweights at the time, (we still are in a sense) and Calvin Brock didn't pan out to well either, but he was definitely better.

imagine a time where back then seth mitchell had more hype than deontay wilder :heh:

the chin was an issue before those fights...if i remember correctly chazz witherspoon nearly exposed it before mitchell ko'ed him before that mitchell knocked out another touted HW prospect as co main to khan vs peterson too impressively which really got HBO behind him
