I think he'll do well, still so young and doesn't just brawl like alot of Japanese kickboxers, he uses his jab. Wouldn't be surprised if he joins Inoue's gym like Takei did.

Takei also left for boxing :ohhh:
Seems they going where the money is:ohhh:

Ennis is a big dude too, supposedly Spence, Porter and Thurman are all big 147ers but still when I think of them against the top 154ers I see them being severely outsized, it’s like there would be a bigger jump in here than normal for some reason.

With Ennis though I see a guy that would be the same size as the top guys there.

He said the highest weight he may move to is 160 in the future.

Never really understood why wasn't it kickboxing that became the "alternative combat sport for boxing" instead of MMA.
I like boxing more cause it looks more polished, punches look better and strategy is more of a factor because the longer fights but kickboxing is still often pure 3/5 rounds stand up action with these dudes kicking and punching the shyt outta each other.

I remember in the early-mid 00s I was often watching the K-1 HWs with guys like Bonjasky, Aerts, Hoost, LeBanner, Ignashov, etc. later on Schilt, Saki, Hari, Overeem, etc.
Thought their fights were pure 3 rounds action, shyt was great, rarely if ever I've seen UFC fights being that exciting, I respect ground fighting, very useful but not all that spectacular to watch as good stand up.

is it? Like how big you really expect Boots to get casual sports fan wise in 2 years? He has all the tools but really NO following. Im projecting but in 2023 i can assure that we gonna :mjlol: if we see them headlining a $69.99 ppv
Lmao these cats aren't even household names to people who watch boxing regularly. $70 PPV in 2 years :mjlol:

shyt the biggest boxing names today aren't household. Wilder was almost there but we saw how that went. Even 'stars' like Loma, craw, Spence are barely known outside of boxing circles

TR undercard undercard had some brutal fades, the main card Ajagba scores a demonic KO of the year and joe smith and maxim vlasov beat the shyt outta each other for 12 rounds..175 represented

PBC card...A stone cold FOTY in the opener...115 represented..a slugfest and a star making fade performance in the co main and main from the 147 B levels
