I get it...he wants the other title holders..Spence is out till Summer 2020 and Manny refuses to mention any potential opponents. Porter is a good name to fight..since everyone wants to compare it to.the Spence fight. He should of definitely not been wishy washy about it.
Wisen up Bud, a Porter fight makes all the sense in the world now, except if he can get Spence or Pac instead (very unlikely) or maybe Swift (also unlikely).
Yes, Porter would be his best opponent to date and probably the best available challenge. Not wanting Porter would only be affordable to him now if he could get someone of a similar level or better, not otherwise.
