The axe murderer
For I am death and I ride on a pale horse
Yeah it's a tricky thing with boxing. Apart from boxers moving up in weight it's not easy. Ballistics helps with power but that's old school too. Boxers have already been doing more ab work than just about any other sport. More of the Brits and EE fighters seem to use that well. What I like about the EE guys is at the same time in their programming they've done other sports so it helps with general athleticism. Ukrainians especially hence you get coordinated guys. They got unique way of doing itWhat yall think about the place of strength and conditionists and nutritionists in boxing? It's a trend nowadays, it seems but many are skeptical about it.
I think nutritionist can have a place especially with fighters who are less disciplined and find harder to make weight cause nutrition is a knowledge that trainers don't always have.
Strength and conditioning on the other hand... every trainer should know that, they didn't need SC coaches when they fought 15 rounds fights (with good stamina, not falling apart even in the 15th round) so why would they need them now? Boxing trainers only focus on the technique, strategy part now but forgot how to make fighters sweat in the gym? I doubt it.
Btw it came up to me because I saw Ortiz looking lean now and he said it's because he ate healthy now.
