Bradley was being a hypocrite and at least Gamboa is coming off a fight in which he looked good and has pedigree, Jason Sosa is a never was and was in a headlining fight.
Berchelt still has a clearly better resume doesn’t he? He beat Vargas, Miura, Roman, all of them when they were ranked in the division’s top 5. So you can’t really compare the two of them. Hell, Im pretty sure even the Vargas rematch win was better than anything Davis has done since Pedraza.

135 is really heating up. Hope politics don’t limit all the possible dope matchups that could be made in that division. Especially with Haney always talking about he’s struggling to make 135. And I believe it, once he grows into his body...he’s a natural Welterweight.

They will

That’s why I said all.. I mean we might at least get Teofimo / Loma should Lopez beat Commey for a unification bout... well Unless Teo realizes how delusional he was wanting that smoke and moves up to 140 or some shyt.
I got Commey there :manny:
Lopez can win too

I'm pretty sure the winner of that vs Loma will happen.
I can see Haney vs Campbell
Davis vs Fortuna or Davis vs Barthelemy?
Maybe Haney vs Fortuna too, Fortuna is an expandable fighter to PBC I guess
What else...

Marcos Maidana Prepares For Farewell Bout, Against Cali, in April
By Elisinio Castillo

Published On Mon Nov 11, 2019, 09:30 PM EST

Former two division world champion Marcos "Chino" Maidana is planning to return to the ring for a special attraction bout against Jorge "Acero" Cali, a former world kickboxing champion, in a fight that will be governed by the rules of boxing.

The contest is taking place at a catch-weight around the cruiserweight limit. The contract signing will take place on Friday, November 15 at the Faena Hotel, in Puerto Madero.

The return of the Maidana (35-5, 31 KOs) will take place on April 4 or 11 in 2020, at a venue to be defined, in a five round contest, with the rounds being three minutes long.

The cross-sport bout could lead to another fight with more meaning, admits his manager. But that all depends on Maidana's desire to continue fighting.

"Maidana returns to boxing because he accepted the challenge of 'Acero' Cali. They have been trading messages and videos since January of this year, before Marcos left for the United States to prepare for the return that did not happen. This is serious," Ernesto Ricci, manager of Maidana, confirmed to Télam.

Maidana's manager further stated that this return "is a way to say goodbye to the fans of Argentina, something he could not do. With Marcos, nothing is ever final. Perhaps when dusting off the gloves he gets bitten by the bug and goes for a world-class opponent. Offers [for high profile fights] are not lacking. The only thing I can tell you is that there are no miracles in boxing."

Maidana, 36-years-old, has been retired since losing his second fight against Floyd Mayweather, on September 13, 2014. Cali is pushing 47-years-old, although he is in great shape for his age.

The fighter from Santa Fe had started training at the beginning of February 2019 for his return to boxing.

However, at the end of April, after an intense preparation under the orders of physical trainer Alex Ariza, Maidana decided to return to Argentina and reconsider his decision to return to fight "because there were things that were not right" with the deal he reached with Premier Boxing Champions.

Damn, fam. I'm sorry for your pain.

I've never experienced that, but anytime I get a sore ache or some shyt like that, I rub tiger balm on it. I don't even know if a cortisone shot would help, but you might wanna look into that too. I done got 5 of them this year and each one was less effective than the last.
