Isee, GGG mostly got criticism from me though because he stuck for years in a weak ass division, waiting on the big money fights even when they were nowhere nearby and never even attempted to go up and challenge himself at 168.i get your point, he's doing what he's suppose to do against inferior talent and there's NO denying that, but i just can't use the top 3 pfp slot on somebody you can only judge off a preceived "eye test" because he hasn't had an elite opp yet. Times up. We gave GGG smoke about it and Crawford gotta get his too.
That's not true at all friend
Keep hearing this but thing is the dudes he listed sans Spence all had their shyt pushed by at least one fighters of the level Crawford always dominated. Crawford ain't having close fights with Josesito Lopez, Julio Diaz or Mauricio Herrera level foes. He might loses some early rounds but from then on it's usually a wrap.
I doN't say his resume would be great but it also gets shytted on a lot just for the sake of an agenda. Postol is one of his best wins and he beat Matthysse better than Garcia. Horn gave Pac a tough fight but he couldn't win a minute against Crawford.
I get why you criticize his resume but if we are talking about his resume these things should be mentioned too.
You think you're pressing me with this now or what? If I say nobody then what? You think you won a debate with that one? Nobody is claiming he has a great resume but it's absolutely legit to have the opinion that he'd beat any of the guys you mentioned. He isn't ranked high because he beat elite opponents but because he consistently dominated good/very good ones, the types who gave some of the fighters you listed all they could handle.Like I said though, who has crawford beat that yall believe Garcia, Spence, Thurman or Shawn couldn't beat?
Him vs Loma at a lower weight in their primes would have been
iron mike needs a vehicle in this boxing shyt to teach...that man has so much wisdom to impart...esp this ho hum generation of heavyweights..a true student of the sport...man is 53, grey beard, in some levis and dad shoes but still looks like he can send ppl to the afterlife with no problem...on my trip to philly im going to re read his bio for old times
theres a couple things i like about terence crawford. he never struggled with the b level guys like shawn porter did against julio diaz, or danny garcia did against mauricio herrera, or keith thurman did against josesito lopez. so he's unique in that sense. he has been dominant. in addition to the eye test, he has fought every style, so theres no particular type of fighter i can point to and say something like, well, this guy has the style to beat crawford; can you?Who has crawford beat, that Danny, Shawn, ERROL, or Thurman couldn't likely whip?
