It maybe not too long till Canelo packs his stuff and quits GBP. He already has his own promotional company taking Ryan Garcia and maybe a few others with himself.
He signed a deal with DAZN don't know if it has to be DAZN AND GBP or the point is only that he has to fight on DAZN but it doesn't matter if he does it independently or under GBP. We will see.

honestly all credit in the world has to go to emanuel steward...wlad should have been a footnote after that brewster fight..instead he doesn't lose again for almost 12 years...yes he became less entertaining to watch but he ended up living up to his potential and then some

This is gonna be one of the woat eras boxing has ever seen. I mean in MMA this shyt catches up to you. We saw khabib have lucky charms beg for his life and Bisping catch hands from the GOAT GSP. Boxing? shyt a p4p talent in a stacked division and can't face none of em, a 'lineal' champion that faces the likes of Tom Schwarzengger anf dudes like rigo and Mikey jumping way above their weight class to take embarrassing L's just to fight someone on their levelIt's crazy to believe that if he retired right now, he would be a Hall of fame guy with that resume based on his accomplishments (I have no desire to debate this).
But hey, here's a guy that's been a title holder in 3 different divisions and became undisputed, which is damn near impossible due to the politics of boxing.
The fact that you can even have these accomplishments with that type of resume is sad.
Let's not forget he made 5.5 million in his last fight.
