Yarde is the biggest 6'0 175 pounder I've ever seen :dwillhuh: I'd be skeletal at that weight even rehydrating:dwillhuh:
I was that exact size in high school and looked like a twig and I played high school football so I wasn’t a normal young kid

the same..except i wasnt playing football...that was me senior year in high school...i hit 6 feet by then but i had slimmed down to 165 by the start of the year...i was between 165 and 185 by the time i graduated and i definitely wasn't muscular like that at all

Wouldn’t if fighters fought more frequently, wouldn’t they have to spar less, and get less wear and tear.

Hearing some of the stories of these camps and the sparring is what wears certain fighters down not fighting. If you could get to 6 fights a year a big fight Sn tune up for each big fight wouldn’t you in fact be fresher when it’s time to go.

Especially after hearing Ruiz barely sparred for Joshua since he just had fought.

it should work that way..but theres rarely a happy medium....fighters dont do enough of it or the extreme they do too much of it and end up like terry norris
