:ohhh:
This should be interesting

Listened to this on my commute today, another great episode. Boxing is chock full with fukkery, but I found the business related aspects of the conversation to be the most interesting. A few gems subtly dropped that can be easily implemented in any professional setting today.

Arum reminds me a lot of my old boss. Even with so many perceived advancements in technology and media, their understanding of how to build business relationships and conduct business keeps them as relevant as ever. Gotta soak up as much game from these folks before they pass. If not, you'll be stuck learning everything they already knew, the hard way & on your own.

He’s fighting twice a year. He’ll be okay.

I guess you’re too young when guys would fight multiple times a year?
Yeah Cause its not like The Guy hasnt fought over 50 Pro Fights and has had multiple fights every year for a decade and change.

Canelo has been on a 2 fight per year schedule for years now. The whole point of the schedule is to reduce wear and tear. Is 2 fights too much now? You want these guys to fight once a year? What about once every 2 years?
