Brook just as washed as Khan, his last fight that was on DAZN he looked straight up awful
You act like Spence and GGG are scrubs. I shyt on GGG all the time but he the number 2 MW and Spence is most likely the number 1 Welter. No shame in them being the only 2 losses on his resume.
I never understood the hate for Kell Brook.

Brook was viciously stopped twice already. His last good win was in 2014. Since then, he hasn't accomplished anything of note at either 147 or 154, hasn't re-established himself as a serious contender, and at this point he's best known for getting both his orbitals cracked.
Crawford beating him in 2014 would've been impressive. Crawford beating him in 2019 is basically like Canelo beating Shane.
Except Canelo was still at least young as hell.
We already seen Crawford against a past it Briton on PPV. It would add little to Crawford's resume, but I suppose it would be better than seeing Crawford against the 147 version of Schwarz.
He has shown that he is decent enough fighter in both of his losses 2016/2017 . He showed a decent account of hisself before getting his orbitals broken.
And I wouldn’t say vicious it ain’t like he was just getting ragdolled around the ring before he got stopped he was holding his own both times. His eye sockets just got broken.
So Crawford bearing Brook in 2019 is like Canelo bearing Shane. Nawl fam I can’t rock with that. I STILL put Brook in the same category as Thurman, Porter, Mikey, and Swift.
Lest keep it a stack Crawford really ain’t got too many options anyway....Brook is his best non PBC option.
I actually became a fan of Brook and was excited to see him @ 147 after the Porter fight. I thought Thurman vs. Brook was the fight to make, but Kell started acting real funny after he got that belt. I don't know if he was just chasing a Khan fight or what, but he faced JoJo Dan, Frankie Gavin and some other fighter before he said fukk it and fought G. It was a valiant effort, but he got stopped in 5. He goes on to face Errol Spence at Sheffield, and again he shows a lot of heart, but gets stopped.
What has he done since then??
Anyways, the point is I don't hate Kell Brook. I just don't agree that in 2019, a win over Kell is at all significant. Brook is not the win that Crawford is looking for. It will not solidify his resume.

PBC done really turned into the UFC, how can they justify all these fukking PPVs. I guess if they clear 100k it is a win for them
What’s your weekly workout routine?
On Monday mornings, I run sprints, and then go to the gym and work out. Later in the day, I do a five- or six-mile jog. Wednesdays or Thursdays, depending on how my body feels, I go through strength and conditioning. I do that in the morning instead of running sprints, and then I go to the gym and get a light jog in.
How careful do you have to be with weight training when you’re prepping for a fight?
For the most part, I push forward with my normal routine. But I have to listen to my body, too. Early in my career, I was training seven days a week with no rest. I was burning myself out. Now, if it’s squat day or a day where I do strength and conditioning, and I wake up not feeling it, I’m not going to do it. I’ll move it to another day. I’m taking more precautions.
So what’s your diet right now?
When I wake up, I’m eating either oatmeal, or eggs with avocado and a side of spinach. If it’s not that, it’s a peanut butter-and-jelly sandwich with almond milk on the side. Then I go to the gym, work out, and come back to the house for a salad—a plain, spinach-kale salad with organic Italian dressing. Then I rest up and take a nap.
Later on at night, I might have a sweet potato with red snapper. I put my red snapper in the oven or on the grill. It’s the whole red snapper, with the head on and everything. I might also have salmon or brown rice. That’s pretty much it.
What’s your favorite part of the fish that grosses other people out?
People get grossed out because I still have the head on it. They’re like, “Ew, that’s nasty!” I tell people all the time: You don’t know if it’s real fish until you see the head. I’m Jamaican, too, so that’s how I grew up seeing my dad grill fish.
Since I was an amateur. I used to put egg whites on my peanut butter-and-jelly, right there in the middle of the sandwich. I’d eat it every morning. It was good for me because I would stay full for five or six hours and not have to eat anything else. I was eating twice a day, rather than three times. People say a PB&J makes you gain weight, but it never did for me because I burned off so many calories off in the gym.
So that’s not daily anymore, but it’s still pretty often?
Yeah. I’m getting a little older now, so I can’t eat all the things I used to. I used to eat candy all the time, through the whole training camp. But now, it’s just SmartSweets. Organic candy. I eat a lot of that, since it only has like three grams of sugar.
