but Zab though needs to know that this is end of his career...dont even think about trying to do what Joe Mesi tried to do

all that talent he had in his prime but never really put it together at the times he needed to at the most because of discipline and mental issues until it was too late
oh shyt, Joe Mesi!!
damn..

Fury vs Wilder is planned to be a trilogy. So Wilder seems to have the next 3 or 4 fights booked. He could have just fought AJ and become the undisputed champion but as usual he never took the risk. He fukked up, not only he lost his biggest ever pay day but he could have had all the belts, he could have even gone after Ruiz if he wasn't tied in and become undisputed that way. Then he could finally be the 1 face, 1 name but as he has his whole career never took the risks and stepped up and cherry picked. If he didn't do all that ducking and dodging he'd be undisputed champ and every fight after would become bigger. Wilder vs Ruiz is nowhere near as big a fight if it comes to that. The winner of Whyte vs Rivas should be the new mandatory, not sure when that will be called though, it should be after the Ortiz fight but I wouldn't be surprised at all if it's after 1 or even both of the Fury fights. So Whyte may not get his shot till 2021. Would be fairer if he got it sometime in 2020.

I really don’t think Wilder was ducking. He do be cherry picking bums 98% his career tho but that’s another story. It was more of Wilder people (Haymon) didn’t want to concede to the reasonable demands of Joshua’s team. Wilder fighting Joshua on DAZN and/or with Joshua being A-Side was bad for Haymon/PBC/Showtime. The money was good for Wilder but promotional conflict got in the way. Wilder was lame and tacky for saying AJ was ducking him when he knew that wasn’t the case.

It’s the same reason Ortiz turned down 8million. I think he turned it down because be wasn’t allowed to take the AJ right. They was saving him for Wilder. They sent Ruiz over there to be the sacrificial lamb because he wasn’t in the Wilder plans. Ruiz got all the belts now but wilder next 3 fights set in stone even if Ruiz do win again in December the earliest he would be able to fight wilder would be like 2021.

To be fair I think i think if the roles was reversed AJ and Hearn would’ve spurned Showtime/PBC too. But at the end of the day Wilder got fukked over by his people because he lost out on 50mil plus a chance at all the belts.

Look, i respect bias behavior. I'm definitely riding for PBC.

I respect bias behavior :heh:...this nonsense alone negates anything you say...its like you're waiting for me to badmouth a non pbc card :laff:...its clown shyt because you dont like what I say about pbc :dead:...you shouldn't care about my opinion of pbc so much..I already told you what it was...if pbc with that roster is supposed to be the best, then I (and you) should expect high quality cards on paper. It's not my fault your standards as a stan are not high. Imagine being cool with kownacki vs arreola but not with kownacki vs joshua for the belts when it was feasible...that is clown shyt ..I'm going to continue to hold pbc to a higher standard...when they give me more pac-thurman cards and less kownacki-arreola cards then the product gets more props..simple as that

I respect the concept of bias because I know it exists. I get at you because you pretend like you don't have bias but obviously do. I never said I had a problem with kownacki Joshua , but I do understand why he wouldn't take the fight (though I don't know what his actual reason was). You say u hold them to a higher standard as if others who do questionable shyt, have more of an excuse to do so. THEY DON'T. There was absolutely NO EXCUSE, for GGG'S choice of dude he just fought. Yet you have no vitriol for him. When his choice is no better than kownacki fighting arreola. I guess if he was pbc you'd be more prone to whine. Yes i do have a problem when I see anyone black having criticism of Al & PBC, while being passive to them cacs. It's C00n shyt and must be addressed. It's clearly not JUST about boxing, if it was, you'd be getting at ggg. All that tap dancing ain't gon make you an honorary white boy, it's just "clown shyt". Show some pride in your lineage. shyt's disgusting.

you act like using GGG vs rolls changes my message from what it was before this fight and most likely what is going to be after :dead:..think pbc is the best for boxing out there and be proud of kownacki vs arreola / truax vs quillin 2 type cards brehs :dead:

I never said I had a problem with kownacki Joshua , but I do understand why he wouldn't take the fight (though I don't know what his actual reason was).

Let's be real, he didn't accept it cause he was told to do that. Despite the PBC guys supposedly being free agents you can see only in the rarest occasions that one of the guys they are planning anything with in long term ventures outside of FOX/Showtime, they are probably told to do this and that and it's not just them turning down career high pay days left and right cause they are crazy.

We should forget about the whole PBC-free agent thing cause obviously they are not free agents or at least not totally, we just don't see into it that much. They are a promotional company just like Top Rank, Golden Boy or Matchroom, they just don't call themselves that because the guy who is running it allergic to cameras and prefers to be completely unseen.
I don't dispute that Haymon gets his guys paid or even that he is caring about them on a way which was unusual from promoters in older times but at the end of the day he's also a businessman with his own interest being his priority. He gets them paid well but whenever someone would get them paid even more (Roc Nation -Broner, Roc Nation - Quillin, DAZN - Wilder, DAZN - Kownacki, etc.) he rather talks them out of it or tie them up legally (idk at all cause we don't see into it, could be differ for case to case)

They pre-planned Ortiz and Kownacki into Wilder's schedule but they did not planned with Ruiz like that. You never heard Wilder or anyone from his team talking about a possible Ruiz fight despite him being with PBC.
They let Ruiz to take that fight because they didn't have any serious plans with him and they thought he is the most expendable one, a fighter who can lose and it's ok for them too, not because they meant him as some Trojan horse who will beat AJ. I'm pretty sure they were equally as shocked as the rest of the boxing world when they saw Ruiz winning.
