This Parker move could open up some potentially interesting fights. Parker vs Povetkin, Parker vs Usyk, Parker vs Chisora, Parker vs Hrgovic, Parker vs Allen would even be fun cause of the styles clash. There's a lot of different options just within that stable. I'd even watch Parker vs Price to see the styles clash. But you could definitely get a lot of potentially good fights so hopefully they don't mess it up. I think a good plan for the first 3 would be Chisora, Povetkin then Usyk. If he ended up winning all those he'd be back in title contention no problem. All would be tough fights but if he came through he'd be very deserving to be back at the top.

I like Parker. He just doesn't have a killer instinct (outside of that last round against Whyte). I thought he fought the first half against AJ solid....then he just.....stopped

Some years ago (after the Cotto fight) my Miami nikkas was telling me dude was accepting fades for 10k.
I guess he was trying to ride that Kimbo street fighting wave in between his pro bouts back then.

Don't know if anybody ever went through with it, but I'm not surprised to hear him doing that bare knuckle shyt.

damn..well fukk it..might as well...get some scratch out of it lol

Parker was timid against AJ, he seemed like he really didn't want to get knocked out so didn't engage much, it ended up being a standard win for AJ without many issues. Against Whyte he was poor too, he only woke up at the end and when Whyte was gassed gave him trouble, he showed he was tough to get up, keep fighting and also nearly take it at the end but he has to be more aggressive earlier, he can't wait so long to start fighting. He's got some good skills too and with improvement he could be an interesting fighter in the division, maybe not at the very top but he's give a lot of people a good fight. It depends on how much he improves, from what I gather he's in better physical shape now and is taking his training more seriously.

I must see GGG looks much better in this camp as far as physically. We’ll see how this translates in the ring.

Word.

Over the years I think Abel became more concerned about the business of GGG and not GGG the boxer. Dude kept his name buzzing while having his skills stagnate. :snoop:
plus I heard he had GGG sparring much bigger dudes and that shyt won't improve speed and quickness when you trying to box guys your size or smaller.

We'll see how shyt goes in the fight tho. We don't know if that jobber will wilt early or hang around a lil bit.
