idk about career ending asswhooping, but i do believe that at this very second, i'd bet on Loma heavy to beat Lopez. I still think Lopez needs another step up fight or two before facing Loma.

I'm all for criticizing PBC as long as people are consistent and criticize the bullshyt Top Rank, Goldenboy and DAZN as a whole put on too.
However, that rarely happens despite the fact PBC puts on better matchups on a more consistent basis compared to everyone else. DAZN finally stepped it up these past 2 weeks, but now they are back to mismatches for the foreseeable future. Don't even get me started on Top Rank, all they do is put on garbage.

Bruh, I hope this fight does happen so everyone sees that there are levels to this shyt. Lopez is nothing more than a prospect - he will get absolutely destroyed. He’s obviously just yapping for the sake of yapping. Talking about Loma fought a bum in Crolla when this kid hasn’t fought anyone on even Crolla’s level yet.

I think Loma is an excellent boxer with small flaws, but if you can actualize his flaws they can be made huge.
When Loma does his matrix back and forth shyt he drops his hands! So if someone punches with him they can land flush, see Miguel marriaga. Add in a dude with a powerful left hook? Ko or KD time
He doesn't do his pivots unless the opponent has given up mentally and/or is shelling him up. If it was easy to get him, he would have been caught doing it already.

Okay let’s say that’s true, which I’m not 100% sure on, when Loma throws his jab back to back he doesn’t look for fire coming back. Also while they’re champs Pedraza Linares Rocky Martinez aren’t the cream of the crop, nor is Miguel Marriaga, and they were all able to put hands on him. Hopefully we get to see the fight!
lol yes you can call me that...just don't think the reason i dont like something is because of race...thats where a lot of the cats who think that and they end up looking foolish....for example whereas i fukk with femi, i dont fukk with andrew tabiti..both nigerians...where as GGG is the triple gawd, i think lomachenko is overrated as hell...i love watching mexican boxing but a canelo or miguel vazquez fight isnt one of them...pbc the product is underachieving...but fighters like gary russell (who fights under the banner) I stan and support...i think wilder's skills are poor for a heavyweight and fury is a joke to me and this is somebody who watched and enjoyed 80s-90s american and non american heavyweights do work.
i dont think pbc, dazn, or espn are heads over each other..esp in this year i dont see separation
DAZN aired 2 of my favorite cards this year and fumbled badly with one of the 2 marquee fights in its rollout and a marquee fight in boxing overall
ESPN had a decent card to start off the year and have put on a lot of filler and bad cards esp from fighters who shouldn't be in main events
PBC has shined only on its b-level shows on FS1..peterson vs lipinets is the best fight from pbc overall so far..and it really shouldnt be with that roster..everything has been filler to bad..esp on showtime
I think Lopez overwhelms Loma with physicality and athleticism mixed with some boxing skills. It's the same shyt I imagine Pac would've done, but since he's older, Loma prolly has the better gas tank and legs so the match up still favored Loma but with some risk. but that fight ain't possible so fukk it..... but Lopez is right there capable of doing something similar. He lack Pac experience, but he shares the same size and strength advantage. Prolly power too. Great finisher like Broner was at that weight.
Loma knows Lopez dangerous. Both got enough buzz to just make the fight now and pretty much save the boxing year, but it prolly won't happen. If the fight does eventually happen, I wouldn't be surprised if its when Lopez is struggling even more to make 135. It's just how boxing been working lately.

Respect your opinion breh but that’s far fetched to me. Lopez at this point is just as much of an athlete as a boxer, meaning that he mostly gets off of superior athleticism and he doesn’t have to pay so much attention to his soft skills in the ring, ring IQ and such... which works spectacularly when he’s up against the level of dudes he’s been up against but a Loma caliber would exploit all thos flaws and Lopez would look lost before he’d probably get stopped or at least lose a wide decision.
Now I know dude is young and I’m not saying he’s not a blue chip prospect but - unless he just willingly doesn’t use them against the guys he beat - he needs to learn new wrinkles of the game before he could have a chance to beat a Loma level dude. That level of opponents won’t be beaten just off athleticism
