Yall be acting like some weirdos.

Why give him props for something he's suppose to do?

You guys are so conditioned to see shytty matchups, that as soon as a good match up is made, it's " oh props to ____ for taking on a good fight."

Nygga get the fukk out of here with that. He gave us three bad fights in a row PRIOR to the GGG fight. That nygga better make good fights.

The top draw in the sport should be trying to make the good fights. What is wrong with you nyggas?
:what:
Only thing a champ is supposed to do is fight mandatories.. Anyone that unifies the division deserves props because its NOT something he has to do.. Whats wrong with you??

Judge a fighter off a 3 fight span instead of his entire career brehs:mjlol:

Canelo got the best resume in boxing outside of pac. Nobody else even comes close. His track record of taking the toughest fights is solidified. And this danny Jacob's fight is just another example. Two great fighters agreeing to fight eachother deserves respect no matter what.

I see where the confusion is. You’re viewing Canelo as just another champion.

I’m looking at it from the perspective that he’s the number one draw in the sport. In order to maintain that sort of status, you have to make the fights that keep the fans engaged, and yes I believe you should.

When you get to that level, titles, mandatories, etc don’t really mean shyt. It’s prize fighting at the end of the day, which is why you had a unified champ in GGG begging for a Canelo fight, because he’s the money man.

He’s making the most money in the sport. He should be fighting a Jacobs. You think they paying this nygga to fight Willie the uberdriver from Idaho?

Ive seen his entire career. He’s taken, I’ll give him about 5 tough fights in a career that has over 50 bouts.

So no, I’m not impressed at the moment.

However, there’s other great fighters out there with weak ass resumes. Look at Crawford.

We are gonna agree to disagree. I don’t stan any of these fighters. I call it how it is.

Canelo IS making the fights that keep fans engaged, The problem is you want him to fight Jacob's and ggg level competition EVERY SINGLE TIME.. This just doesn't happen and is unrealistic nor is it something he is supposed to do. Every fighter regardless of their popularity or status takes light touches here and there in their career and Canelo is taking WAAAAYYY more tougher fights than anyone else right now.. ggg was begging to fight Canelo because he is a hoe with no career defining wins, and a liar who was faking the funk acting like he was "all about belt" but was really just chasing a big payday the whole time. Fighting the best was nowhere on his agenda UNLIKE Canelo

Anthony Joshua vs. Jarrell ‘Big Baby’ Miller in the works for June 1 or 8 at MSG, NY

“Sources: Anthony Joshua could make his U.S. debut against Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller on June 1 or June 8 at MSG. Heavyweight championship fight would headline a DAZN show. No deal yet; just talks,” said Mike Coppinger on his Twitter.

Dillian Whyte wants Dominic Breazeale fight in April or May

“I definitely want to fight Breazeale,” Whyte said to skysports.com. “It doesn’t need to be PBC, it can be Matchroom and Sky Sports. If he wants to fight, we can fight. It’s an easy fight to make, let’s make it. Let’s do it, end of April, or early May…What can he offer me to come to America? I’ll offer him more to come to the UK.”

Whyte beats him. Beat better guys recently, or at least once. Breazeale is a slugger with big power so if he land a big one he can change the fight but he is also slow as hell and doesn't have the best tank. Whyte will land his trademark left hook at some point and will KO him imo. Breazelale easier to hit than Parker or even Chisora. Probably not as easy to hit as Lucas Browne was though.

on that other fight AJ knocks Miller out, never been overly impressed w Miller

I agree but if Ugonoh couldn’t knock out Breazale how is Whyte, I think he’s got 3 straight overrated opponents and people think he’s s little better than he is. I can see Whyte winning a tough UD or it ending in a knockout either way but, Breazale power is real it’s a reason he breaks dudes jaws and knocks dudes out. He’s a big tough dude. Yeah I think A.J. knocks Miller out in less than 5, Miller gets hit way too much and doesn’t have the power to earn his respect.

Ugonoh couldn't knock him out but Ugonoh only could try to do is for 3-4 rounds cause after he got gassed as shyt. I don't even know if I ever saw someone being so out of stamina after just so few rounds as Ugonoh was there.
Whyte won't run out of gas after 4 and while he isn't the most textbook dude either he is more skilled than Ugonoh.
