So where do y'all see Golden Boy going since their ESPN deal expires at the end of the year, and with HBO out of the picture? I imagine they won't go to outlets where PBC is (Showtime, Fox).

Will ESPN renew? Is DAZN not a real possibility?

They will prolly renew. If they went the DAZN route I'd be a little surprised

DLH said something about they are not super into PPVs they just want PPV kind money so that suggest they might even deal with DAZN

ESPN is a possibility too especially that they could stage a PPV if they would want to and they have pre-existing relationship so that was my first guess but since then I saw Oscar's comments on ESPN before HBO said they are out of the game and what might be even more problematic is that for them to go to ESPN they have to go through Arum somehow who got this deal with ESPN that he has to be a part of any boxing on ESPN somehow from the time they made the deal... I don't know if Oscar having Canelo, arguably the biggest star in boxing willing to just kinda bend in to another promoter.

Showtime/Fox, I don't think so. Although not openly but everyone knows that Haymon runs things there and Oscar had a pretty bad fallout with Haymon where he lost a huge % of his roster. Many of the bigger PBC guys were "GBP guys" back in 2013, I don't think that he would just go there again after that.

It might be a new provider, DLH said there are new ones who don't have boxing atm who are interested in getting Canelo
